During 2020, a year of isolation, you traveled with the Abraham Path Initiative to walking trails in central Turkey, northern Iraq, and the Arabian Peninsula. Together we engaged with the environmental movement in Nablus, learned of perils to migrating birds in the Jordan Rift Valley, and participated in a workshop on intangible cultural heritage preservation. You learned about Abraham's role in the hajj pilgrimage. and through the World Trails Network got connected with walkers around the world. You met Zaid, Eisa, Kate, Salwa, Hassan, Marwan, Laween, Gino, Galeo, Worood, the Mardawi family, Carmen, Osama, Dimitri, Stephanie, Amoun, Alia, Johari, Leon, Louise’s Bedouin guides, Emily, Ömer, and Bruce. Importantly, they – and all of our colleagues in Southwest Asia -- connected with you. Thank you!
Now let's get ready for what's to come!
In 2021, a new season of "Meet Us on The Abraham Path," live streams, live tours, postcards from the path, and hybrid courses are coming your way.
